Learning a language is a complex system. The reading, writing, listening and speaking skills determine the success rate of the learner. This programme of thirty six (36) hours has contextual practicle applications. Foreign accent, standard English, news clippings, grammar and writing skills boosts up the confidence of the learner. The learner at this level is indeed knowledgeable of the use of correct, clear and precise language.

Learning is continuous process. We communicate to satisfy our needs. Through communication, we calibrate or get adjusted against an industry, organisation or societal benchmark for better results--both cognitively and culturally. Here the need of a learner in a real life situation is addressed which focuses on interview techniques, telephone etiquettes, group discussions, presentations etc.
